How many reps are required for the following workouts?

How many reps are required for the following two Rectus workouts; Bicycle Crunch and Captains Chair.

I was under the impression of 35 per set and 3 sets per workout, But I’m clueless with these two excersizes; I’ve been doing the basic AB crunches and oblique machines.

Advice and tips are appreciated.

I have always been taught for abdominal workouts that you need to train them at most once a day. Not in sets. Just as many reps as you can do each day. But it may vary for different ab workouts. Since those are a more technical workout on your abs then it could be possibly different.
