If you're like me, then always been in decent shape. I mean, good arms, defined shoulders, broad chest and pulled up again. But no matter how much we try, how many hours we spent in the gym, or the amount of calories that count, we have never defined, muscular, ripped six pack abs.
But the Truth About Abs by Mike Geary changed all that for me.
I've always had ABS. I used to play lots of tennis at an early age and encouraged a strong core. But I always had to the mid section of my time before I see any real waves. And I wanted the kind of abs you could see all the time, no voltage required!
